JOY AND HAPPINESS

My happiness comes from small things that I almost forgotten. I can deny too many things around me that subtle polluted my mind, so I can’t see these big hearts in this small world. I used to see the world through my thoughts, but my thoughts came from my memories, memory is the representations of my experiences of the past, so from the past I see the present. Hence, pollution happens….
Someone told me, if I always see the world trough this thought, then the possibility of a higher perception does not exist. However, there is an extraordinary way of looking at life…
What is the purpose of life? For me… is like a ship in the ocean without a compass. All I want is success and satisfaction. Success is getting what I like, and satisfaction likes what I get…
But how will I always get what I like? I wouldn’t always get what I like! Therefore, I learn to like what I get. So I can get whatever that I like….
Just try to find the art getting what I like and liking what I get through spiritual practice. Happiness really exist within, the art of going within is one of the art that I have to learn. Once I discover the art of being happy within, then I will participate in the miracle called “Life”. I will participate in the sun rising, the sun setting, in the twinkling of stars and the moving clouds. The whole world will become a source of joy….
